The ‘Ballarat Through My Eyes’ photography competition is NOW closed.
Entries closed on 27 July at 6.00pm.
This year there are three categories:
|Places/things in the Ballarat region which represent Ballarat through your eyes||People of Ballarat who represent Ballarat through your eyes, including portraiture, social documentary and street photography
||Open to all current primary and secondary students, featuring an image which represents Ballarat through your eyes|
Entries should include a 25-word summary of why this image was chosen, and why it represents Ballarat through your eyes. Each image can be submitted into one category only, with a maximum of five entries per person.The top 12 entries from each category (as determined by our judges) will be displayed in an exhibition during the Ballarat International Foto Biennale.
The entry which receives the most ‘likes’ on our Facebook page will be the People’s Choice and will be our featured image in the Ballarat International Foto Biennale Fringe Preview show at the Mining Exchange.

If your image contains a person or people it is important you get written permission from that person and or their parents if they are under 18.
