We asked the people of Ballarat to tell their stories through photography, and here are the finalists as determined by our panel of judges:
The Ballarat Foundation congratulates all the those who submitted their photographs; the judges were impressed with the high standard of entries. After much deliberation the following entries have been judged the finalists.
These photos will be displayed as part of the fringe exhibitions of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale from August 22 to September 20 2015. The Ballarat Through My Eyes Exhibition will be at the upper level of Central Square , Armstrong Street South, Ballarat.

Receiving the most votes on Facebook, the people’s choice will be displayed at the Fringe Preview Show at the Ballarat International Foto Biennale.
The Ballarat Foundation exists to make a positive and lasting difference to people in the Ballarat region. The Ballarat Foundation‘s boundary includes the Ararat Rural City, Pyrenees Shire, the Hepburn Shire, the Moorabool Shire, the western half of the Golden Plains Shire as well as the City of Ballarat.
