As our youngest star, Amy feels more comfortable caring for others than she does dancing! As a disability support worker, it was raising money for a good cause that encouraged her to say yes.
Although claiming her dance skills are ‘non-existent Amy’s agility on the footy field, playing for Geelong’s VFL team, should place her in good stead. This maybe a rare opportunity to see Amy’s moves, as even after a few drinks she is “never seen on the dance floor”.
Despite feeling nervous, Amy believes once it all starts it will be a lot of fun…hopefully. The Ballarat Foundation are excited to have such a young, caring role model involved and look forward to seeing her tear up the dance floor.
The Ballarat Foundation exists to make a positive and lasting difference to people in the Ballarat region.
