Beginners Run Club
The Running Company Ballarat will also be organising a Run Club for beginner runners with the aim of participating in one of the events. The beginners Run Club is an inclusive group catering to those who have never run before or those with limited fitness ability. The club is fun, friendly and welcoming and there no need for any special running gear or know how. The sessions will typically start at the lake with a quick introduction before heading off for various distances of combined walking and running. There will be plenty of laughs and chatting too, no one will take things too seriously! The team at the Running Company are fun and approachable – even for the most hesitant of first timers – so come along to get started and have some fun.
